Our Returns Promise
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from salechildrenswear.com. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Returns Period
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

How to Return an Item

  1. Complete the returns form included with your order
  2. Package the item securely using the original packaging
  3. Attach the prepaid returns label (where applicable)
  4. Drop off at your nearest post office or collection point

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days of receiving your return
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order on our website.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the damage
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear and swimwear (unless faulty)
  • Personalised items
  • Earrings and other pierced jewellery

Return Shipping Costs

  • UK returns: Free via our prepaid label
  • International returns: Customer pays return shipping
  • We recommend using a tracked service

Sale Items
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned unless faulty.

Gift Returns
Gifts can be returned for store credit within the returns period. The credit will be issued via email.
